According to Buckwald, the hardware is finalized, and the company has already produced 600,000 units.
The company decided to push back the launch to allow for a new round of beta testing that is set to begin in June, said Leap Motion CEO Michael Buckwald in a statement to The Verge.
Leap Motion announced in February that it planned to start shipping pre-orders on May 13 and launch the controller exclusively at Best Buy on May 19. The launch of the Leap Motion Controller, a 3D gesture controller that works with computers, has been delayed from May to July 22, reports The Verge.
